Reading a Persian wedding, hour by hour

A wedding is not a club night. The crowd spans three generations, and everyone must dance at least once. Here is the hour-by-hour map I work from.
Hour one: dinner logic
Volume low, familiarity high. This hour buys you permission for everything that comes later.
Hour two: the aunties test
If the aunties dance, everyone dances. Persian classics, re-cut and modernized — this is exactly why I produce my own remixes.
Hour three: the real peak
Not the last hour. Energy peaks while nobody is tired and nobody has left. Hold the ceiling here.
Hour four: the long landing
Bring it down in stages. The last track should feel inevitable, not abrupt.
